When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days for US orders, and 2-3 business days for Canada orders.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Standard shipping is estimated to take 2-7 business days after your order leaves the warehouse.

We have noticed extremely long (~30 day) shipping times to Hawaii and Alaska through out website fulfillment. As such, we strongly recommend Hawaii and Alaska customers to purchase our products on Amazon.com which has much faster fulfillment.

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to US and Canada addresses. Specifically for Hawaii and Alaska, we recommend ordering through Amazon for faster and cheaper shipping to this region.

I can’t find my package.

Oh no, that sucks! If you can’t find an order that was reported delivered, please verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email and then look around different areas of the delivery location for your package. We also recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If your package is still missing, reach out to hello@homiah.com so we can help you track it down.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept product returns. However, in case of damages or product defects, we will reship product purchased in the last 30 days or issue store credit for the same amount. Please email hello@homiah.com with a picture of the damaged goods and we’ll be sure to make it right!

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

No worries — we want you to try Homiah’s products and explore new flavors risk-free. Our company has a 14 day product satisfaction guarantee for your first order. Just drop us a note at hello@homiah.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a refund of up to $50, no questions asked.

Are your products shelf stable?

Yes, our products can be stored at room/ ambient temperatures. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating for maximum shelf life.

How about vegan?

Some but not all of our products are vegan. Please check the specifications for each product. Our vegan product line currently include the Indonesian Rendang and Malaysian Red Curry Spice Kits, as well as our Sambal Chili Crunch Seaweed flavor only.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALLERGEN-FREE? How about NON GMO?

All our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, soy-free, peanut-free, palm-oil free, keto and non-GMO. We use unrefined coconut sugar. We also use high oleic sunflower oil, a paleo-friendly oil that's high in monounsaturated fats, or omega-9 fatty acids. There are no preservatives, colorings or additives in our products.

Where are your products made?

Our products are small batch made in Malaysia. They are traditionally stone ground and ingredients are sourced from local farms.

How spicy are your products?

All our products are only mildly spicy! You’ll feel a small kick if you don’t generally eat spicy food.

What sort of proteins and vegetables should I use?

Anything you’d like. The recipes behind each packet recommend a range of options including chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, seitan, carrots and potatoes. Please head to our recipe page to source more ideas.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our packaging is 100% recyclable and BPA Free always.
